In 1995, we identified a deep need for a professional, high-level musical home. Our vision was to create a center that would not only teach music but also nurture values of perseverance, creativity, and mutual respect.
Stas Gavrilov, a musician and educator with a profound belief in this vision, took up the challenge. What started in a small, temporary studio with just 22 students quickly grew into something much larger.
Driven by demand from neighboring communities, Beit HaMusica blossomed into a regional conservatory. It became a testament to its founding vision of creating a space where excellence and community could thrive together, proving that music could be a powerful force for positive change.

This incredible journey is powered by the vision and dedication of one individual: founder and director, Stas (Stanislav) Gavrilov. As creator, conductor, and multi-instrumentalist, Stas’s leadership is the driving force behind Beit HaMusica. He personally directs community projects, conducts the joint orchestras, and has cultivated an environment that feels like family.
His unwavering belief in the power of music to heal, unite, and transform is the guiding principle of Beit HaMusica.
